P/N 395 CHRONO-LUME® Kit
Description
CHRONO-LUME® Kit is used for measurement of ATP release. The kit includes 4 vials of Luciferin-Luciferase plus a vial of lyophilized adenosine 5′ triphosphate for use as an ATP Standard. Each vial of luciferin-luciferase contains 0.2 mg luciferin, 22,000 units d-luciferase, magnesium sulfate, human serum albumin, stabilizers and buffer. The luciferin-luciferase reaction produces light in the presence of ATP, allowing for the quantitative measurement of platelet secretion.
