Description
Thrombin is supplied as lyophilized Thrombin preparation from human plasma and the vial contains a minimum of 10 units. Thrombin is used in routine platelet secretion studies for evaluation of qualitative & quantitative platelet function disorders. Thrombin is a potent agonist, converting fibrinogen to fibrin and activating platelets.
